At first glance: Yes. But Benno is much more than that. We developed a smart information platform. It uses large language models to provide information from various sources in a way that is tailored to the user’s needs via multiple channels. Functioning as a chatbot is just one of them.

Currently via messengers such as WhatsApp or Telegram, as well as via email. The assistant can be integrated into any website or app via an integration. The assistant is built in a flexible way so that new communication channels can be connected quickly.

For each use case, we take the basic version of the assistant and train it with the data you provide, precisely for your use case. Afterwards, you are able to expand and adapt the data and sources from which the assistant draws its knowledge via an easy-to-use knowledge base.
